This Single-Family Owned Grand Soleil 343 was sold new in 1988 from Cantiere del Pardo, Italy, and was used by the original owner only for daily cruise.
The elegant lines and non-extreme parameters of Alain Jezequel’s project make Grand Soleil 343 a classic boat, which even with the advent of the IMS regatta regulations has proven to get by very well in regattas. The interiors are characterized by the usual “Pardian” attention to detail. The layout includes two spacious cabins, one aft the other forward, both with double bed. Toilet with waxed cupboard, correspondence and L-shaped galley are aft, immediately to the sides of the entrance. The dinette is central, the table with a folding door. The cockpit in typical Mediterranean style, with the tiller handle, is functional and ergonomic. The sail plan is easy to adjust using a masthead rig.
Basically in good condition and updated over the years (engine, shrouds, etc …), except for the teak deck which needs radical maintenance and the obsolete electronics. RI.NA 2021.
